Chad Browning began attending Cornerstone Nashville in 1999 and has served in many different ministries at Cornerstone. His calling is clear, which is to equip believers for the work of ministry and to help them become mature disciples of Jesus. Chad serves by helping people get connected in a Life Group here at Cornerstone Nashville. Chad met his wife Rachel at Cornerstone, and they have two amazing teenagers named Jude and Sloane. He loves spending time with his family, watching Lakers basketball, Alabama football, and reading non-fiction.
Bobby has been in full-time ministry to the next generation since January 2010. Moving from Florida to Texas, and now living in Nashville, he is excited to continue in their ministry journey. Bobby has served as a Student Pastor and Children’s Ministry Director in the past, and is now the Executive Pastor of Ministries at Cornerstone Nashville.
Associate Children’s Pastor
Jesca grew up in Memphis, TN and then attended Central Bible College in Springfield, MO. In 2009, she graduated with a degree in Music and a minor in Biblical Studies and Communications/Media. In November of 2011, she moved to Nashville, TN and started work at Cornerstone Nashville. Jesca currently serves as the Associate Children’s Pastor for our Preschool-aged children and their families.

Kelley grew up in Nashville, TN and spent many years in corporate leadership, specializing in training, developing, and mentoring business leaders all over the United States.
In 2004, God led her to Cornerstone, and she knew from the time she stepped foot on the property that this was where she was meant to be.This was a place of love and discipleship; it was HOME.
Kelley has always had a heart to teach and lead the younger generation to the knowledge and love of Christ, because it is the knowledge of His great love that will truly change the world! Since 2005, Kelley has had the privilege of serving in multiple areas in Children’s Ministry and currently serves as the Associate Children’s Pastor for the 1st through 5th grade children.
Associate Pastor for Counseling & Outreach Center
Danny Johnson was born and raised in the Big Sky Country of Montana where he graduated from High School and attended Montana State University. After sensing the call of God on his life, he attended Rhema Bible School in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, graduating in 1985. His next step was to serve as a Youth Pastor in Algood, Tennessee, for 16 exciting years. The move to Nashville came in August, 2006, when he joined the team at Cornerstone. Danny has a passion to minister the Word of God and see lives changed. In his free time, he enjoys running for miles on country roads.
Pastor Joe has served on the staff of Cornerstone since 2005 and brings over 30 years of sales, marketing and business experience. He has developed, owned and operated family entertainment centers nationwide.
He began attending Cornerstone in 2002 after hearing Pastor Davis’ testimony. The miracle that God had performed in Pastor Davis, so touched his life that he moved to Nashville, Tennessee, so he could attend church at Cornerstone.
Pastor Joe served as Children’s Pastor for six years, Chief Special Projects Officer for four years and now serves as the Executive Pastor of Finances.
Caleb and his wife Sleigh have been apart of the Cornerstone Nashville family since 2018. Caleb graduated from Evangel University in 2017. Growing up in the church he understands that he is walking in the footsteps of those who have gone before him in the faith. He has been serving in student ministry since 2011. After pursuing the call on his life to be a youth pastor, he has devoted his life to building up the next generation. Caleb and his wife are laser focused on loving this generation well knowing that they are leaders now and will carry the torch of the future. He believes that only three things will last; God, his word, and the souls of men. There is nothing of more importance than loving God, obeying his word, and investing in people. He is excited to see what God is going to do through Cornerstone Students.
Associate Pastor for Counseling
Pastor Sandy Sterban is a longtime member of the pastoral staff of Cornerstone Nashville. For more than twenty years, she has been teaching the truth of the Word of God unashamedly and with boldness born of her own personal victories over oppression and her desire to see all of God’s people live in the fullness of the Spirit. As a licensed and ordained minister, Pastor Sandy has been involved in pastoral care, the ministry of teaching, and currently, the counseling at Cornerstone. She is the mother of three sons, grandmother of six and a great-grandmother to one–all of whom she is just wild about. She enjoys walking in the sunshine, loves reading, good restaurants and watching her family grow. Her ministry of truth always brings the right Word in the right season as she pursues her passion to equip people longing to be free. A gifted counselor and woman of faith, Pastor Sandy continues to inspire and give lasting guidance to every believer.
John Michael Sullivan is the Lead Children’s Pastor at Cornerstone Nashville. He graduated from Evangel University in 2011 and has been in full-time ministry for 8 years. In ministry, his goals are to continually connect with families, equip his leadership team for success, and create an atmosphere for spiritual growth within every child.
Pastor Zach and his wife Emily joined our team in 2021. With years of music production, recording, and writing experience, they bring a unique and creative edge to Cornerstone Worship. Development and unity are traits that define their teams with one ultimate goal, lifting up Christ in worship.
Jonathan became part of the team in 2021. With 10+ years of experience in media, production, and narrative story-telling, he brings a passion to take church media and communications to a different level. The mainstay of his ethos revolves around one word: Faith. He believes that through unwavering faith, not in self, but in Christ, that a generation of hearts can be moved towards the local church and towards faith in Christ.
