2017 Cornerstone Kids Events

We understand that church for children must be fun and attractive, filled with appropriate games and activities. Secondly, it must be fast-paced and engaging, so their attention can be captured. Lastly, the message must be filled with the truth of God’s Word, which transforms and edifies.

Cornerstone Kids is for children ages six weeks through fifth grade. Cornerstone Kids services and activities are housed in the new children’s ministry center. This facility incorporates the latest technology tools to create a caring, exciting and engaging experience for every child. The children’s ministry center also features a unique two-story indoor playground for young children and parents that is open and free to the community daily.

How to Check In and Check Out for all Cornerstone Kids

An adult MUST check in all children.

NURSERY – KINDERGARTEN – Children’s Ministry Center Second Floor

1ST – 5TH GRADE– Children’s Ministry Center Third Floor

Each area has a self check-in station located outside the main entrances as well as an assisted check-in area. In the 1st – 5th grade space, all parents are issued a sticker/ID tag once their child is checked into the system. You must walk your child to the designated sanctuary and show your ID tag to drop off. The sticker/ID tag must be returned to the sanctuary of the corresponding age group in order for the child to be released. If an older sibling (under the age of 18) would like to pick up the child, they must have a Cornerstone Kids Pick-Up ID Tag issued to them. Call the Children’s ministry office for more information on getting a tag for your under-age student a pick-up tag. Please pick up children promptly after all service times.

Cornerstone Kids Supervision

In Cornerstone Kids, we recruit volunteer staff who have a heart for ministry, children and reaching the world for Jesus Christ. It is our goal to make a difference in the life of every child that passes through our doors. Our highly committed and disciplined staff members are trained in the most current teaching methods and acceptable practices used for each specific age group. All volunteers and staff also complete a background check as part of their training. Everyone from our Nursery workers to our Sound and Audio Technicians help us motivate children and energize them to learn more and more about Jesus.
